Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, in most cases, you will receive the same product as advertised. However, there may be a possibility of slight variations in color, design, or packaging due to manufacturing processes or product updates. It is always recommended to check the product description and specifications before purchasing to ensure you are getting exactly what you desire.

Please be aware that many of our products are crafted from natural materials. These materials may contain inherent variations, irregularities, or imperfections that are a natural part of their beauty and uniqueness. How can I return an item?

All our products are made to order. Once production begins, we are unable to accept returns or make changes to the product. Please make sure to review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure it meets your preferences and specifications. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact our customer service team within the 24-hour time frame and we will do our best to assist you. Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We are taking limited orders on all items and will try our best to make items available again when we have capacity to do so.

However, as the availability of certain items can be unpredictable, we cannot guarantee specific restock dates. We recommend checking our website regularly for updates on item availability or signing up for notifications when the item is back in stock. 
What are your items made out of?

Our products are mostly made out of variations of wood. Some items are made of materials which are suitable for indoor and outdoor. Make sure to check out the description on each product to find out more! 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It will take approximately 2-5 weeks for your made-to-order products to arrive. If you need your item earlier, try messaging us on Instagram or via e-mail and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please see our Delivery and Returns page for updates.

I have received my gold calligraphy panels separately. How do I attach this on to my product?

To ensure a smooth installation process and preserve the beauty of your masjid , please follow these instructions carefully. If you are still unsure, please message us and we will guide you through.

  1. Please Wear Protective Gloves: Before handling the calligraphy panel, we recommend wearing protective gloves to prevent any fingerprints or smudges or contact with glue.

  2. Carefully Remove from Packaging: Gently remove the gold calligraphy panel from its packaging, taking care not to bend or damage it.

  3. Place on a Flat Surface: Lay the calligraphy panel on a flat surface, ensuring that it is positioned correctly before proceeding. 

  4. Unscrew the Glue: Unscrew the glue container and prepare to apply it to the edges of the calligraphy panel. The glue must go on on the gold side, and must not go on the bottom edge.

  5. Apply Glue with Caution: Using a light touch, spread the glue around the gold edge of the calligraphy panel, ensuring that the bottom edge remains free of glue to prevent any visible residue on the masjid entrance. A little glue goes a long way! 

  6. Press Down Firmly: Place your masjid flat on its front so the gold panel can be stuck to the back. Press down firmly at the back of the masjid along the arch, ensuring that the calligraphy panel adheres securely to the surface. Leave a slight 0.5cm gap at the bottom to avoid the calligraphy panel touching and grazing against the floor. 

  7. Hold for 30 Seconds: Maintain pressure on the panel for approximately 30 seconds to allow the glue to bond effectively.

  8. Allow to Dry: Leave the calligraphy panel to dry undisturbed for at least one day to ensure a strong and durable bond.

  9. Enjoy Your Beautiful Masjid: Once the calligraphy panel is securely in place, step back and admire the beauty it adds to your masjid entrance. Remember to handle it with care, as it is fragile.

  10. Take Care: Please take care of the calligraphy panel and avoid placing any undue pressure on it to prevent damage.
