INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer shipping to the USA, Canada, or countries outside of Europe and the UK.
We are, however, actively working on expanding our shipping services to reach more international customers in the near future.

European Shipping

Currently, the only product available for European shipping is My Qadha Journal.
We do not yet offer international delivery for other products outside of the UK.

  • Shipping Cost: ยฃ15.00 per product. 

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1โ€“2 weeks from the date of dispatch (depending on location and local postal services)

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are the buyerโ€™s responsibility and may be payable upon or after delivery.
If you are unsure about potential costs, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

We are not responsible for customs delays or any additional charges imposed by your countryโ€™s authorities.

If a delivery is rejected or refused by the customer:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the courier.

  • Any return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel to avoid delays or additional costs.

Returns

All of our products are made to order, so we generally do not accept returns.

However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was agreed upon, we will gladly accept a return and offer a refund or replacement.

To initiate a return:

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note: at present, all products are made-to-order, and we do not stock pre-made items.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days and credited to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders for made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started.

If you wish to cancel your order before production begins, a refund may be issued, subject to a cancellation fee based on the progress of your order.

As each product is handcrafted, minor imperfections may occur โ€” these are part of the natural production process and not considered defects.
